Rivo EndurAI is a multi-sport training management platform designed for endurance athletes and coaches. The Service provides:

  • Training calendar and workout planning
  • AI-powered training plan generation
  • Performance analytics and metrics (TSS, IF, CTL, ATL, TSB)
  • Integration with fitness devices and platforms
  • Coach-athlete relationship management
  • Workout library and template management

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Free and Paid Plans

Rivo offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free: Basic training calendar and manual workout logging
  • Pro Athlete: $8.97/month or $40.90/year
  • Pro Coach: From $14.89/month base + $6.00/athlete

3.2 Free Trial

Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

4. Medical and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Rivo EndurAI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The Service, including AI-generated training plans, performance metrics, and recommendations, is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Rivo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
